DESIGN REVIEW
Offshore Inspection Group performs functional design reviews to bring an operational perspective to process and commissioning timelines. Designs are reviewed for maintainability and eliminate the requirement for future modifications.
Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Mode Effects & Critical Analysis (FMECA): Our personnel have undertaken various analyses covering a wide variety of vessel types. In producing the FMEA or FMECA for a compliant vessel prior to testing, our approach is proactive and solution driven.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We provide experienced marine and equipment professionals worldwide for onsite supervision of work performed by contractors and shipyards.
Dynamic Positioning Systems
Our personnel are experienced in the practical aspects of Dynamic Positioning Systems and actively participate in commissioning systems of varying complexity.
Test and Inspection Plan (QA/QC)
Working with certification bodies, we develop or assist with test and inspection plans. Our firm ensures the work adheres to inspection plans developed and we are available to oversee and/or conduct the final production Quality Control tests.
Commissioning and Acceptance Trials
Offshore Inspection Group provides experienced marine professionals and technical specialists to develop commissioning and trials documentation. We complete the necessary systems, equipment commissioning, and acceptance trial activities to create the necessary documentation that meets the requirements of both the client and any class/governing body. Our technicians are available to monitor these tests and trials and/or execute them based on the client’s requirements.
